AI Integration & Automation: Implement AI-powered observability, predictive analytics, and automated tools to track compliance, build network optimization dashboards, monitor utilization trends, and eliminate repetitive tasks through intelligent scripting. Security, Governance & Compliance: Incorporate robust security controls, AI-driven anomaly detection, and threat analysis into overall system implementations while establishing standard processes and network environment governance. Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues across WAN, LAN, VOIP, DMZ, and cloud environments, cooperating closely with Development Operations and providing reliable on-call IT support. Technical Leadership & Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert to mentor and guide team members, evaluate design risks, set project implementation frameworks, and provide strategic technical direction or roadmap recommendations to management. What you'll bring to the role: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Network Engineering or within the IT field, ideally working within a technical/engineering organization or high-technology industry. Network Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise network configuration, routing/switching (Cisco/Dell), Firewalls, Wi-Fi management, Radius infrastructure, and deploying QoS in LAN/WLAN environments. Cloud & Core Network Services: Practical experience setting up, troubleshooting, and automating cloud-based networks (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and managing DNS, DNSSEC, and SNMP.
