Consistently apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalate/manage control issues with transparency. 6+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role, with a minimum of 6 years in technical support. Strong understanding and at least two years of hands-on experience with enterprise pipeline and technology stacks. 4+ years of experience with Linux (shell/batch scripting & server management), Java, LDAP, Active Directory, and Oracle/SQL Server database (SQL, backup & recovery). Good understanding of SaaS service management, particularly as an enterprise-level consumer.
