The Prime Onchain Wallet team is seeking experienced backend engineers to join the team and help build the next generation of institutional onchain products and features. You will tackle unique, large-scale, and highly complex technical challenges at the intersection of blockchain technology and institutional finance. This includes designing and operating real-time, secure, and scalable systems that enable institutions to seamlessly interact with blockchain networks while adhering to the highest standards of security and compliance. What you'll be doing: Design and deliver high-impact initiatives, including accelerated network onboarding, reliable high-success-rate transaction processing, and the implementation of advanced policy controls for institutional clients. Define and execute the team’s technical roadmap, aligning with multi-quarter goals and organizational priorities. Solve ambiguous, high-impact challenges by deeply understanding customer needs and delivering secure, scalable solutions. Uphold high-quality engineering practices through rigorous code reviews, testing, and addressing technical debt. Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and ensure the reliability and scalability of backend systems. You have experience leading complex technical projects end-to-end, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence within a team.
