Plan design work, and time schedules to assign design duties to junior staff working on projects Proactively coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines such as architectural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical and technology Maintain accurate, clear and concise project documentation and design data. Mentor more junior staff through project work, reviewing their tasks and ensuring quality.
