REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,or equivalent practical experience.
• Intermediate understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Exposure to cloud platforms Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Awareness of CI/CD concepts and tools, and processes
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., ARM, Cloud formation).
• Internship or project experience in DevOps, SRE, or related areas.

Assist with DevOps process: Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automation tools for containerized applications. Hands on experience with version control protocol , continuous integration , continuous deployment setup. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.

• Infrastructure Support: Help configure , harden docker container base image , monitor, and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure following infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Participate in setting up monitoring, alerting, and custom logging solutions. Assist with incident response and troubleshooting .
• Documentation: Create and update documentation for processes, tools, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, QA, and operations teams to promote DevOps and SRE best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and contribute to team initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency.
• Learning & Development: Proactively learn new technologies and methodologies relevant to DevOps and SRE
