IC3 enables reliable and high-quality audio/video calling, meeting, and messaging services that work every time from anywhere seamlessly across all customer touchpoints. The IC3 Platform team is modernizing the platform infrastructure to improve reliability, scalability and developer productivity across IC3. A core initiative is migrating IC3 services from Windows to Linux containers and transitioning from x64 to ARM64 architecture, aiming for better performance and cost efficiency. The goal is also to support the transition with minimal manual effort by leveraging AI tools.
