In dieser Position sind Sie (unter anderem) für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Montage von Baugruppen und/oder Produkten nach Engineering-Zeichnungen
• Prüfung der Produkte anhand von Prüf-/ Checklisten
• Durchführung von Trouble Shooting Maßnahmen vor Ort und Bewertung der Resultate ggf. Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen. Ggf. Softwareergänzungen / -erweiterungen vor Ort in das Programm einpflegen
• Durchführung von Remote Inbetriebnahmen
• Durchführung und partielle Planung nationaler und internationaler Serviceeinsätze und Reparaturen
• Erarbeitung und Ausführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen des eigenen Service Personals sowie spezifische Kundentrainings.
• Unterstützung des First-Level-Supports, Ferndiagnose sowie Fehlerursachenanalyse.
• Erstellung von Service Dokumentation (Einsatzbereichte, Stundenzettel etc.) und Durchführung von Montage Vor-und Nachbereitungen nach Prozessvorgabe.
• Erste/r Ansprechpartner vor Ort beim Kunden.
• Alle Arbeiten müssen in deutscher wie auch englischer Sprache ausgeführt werden können.
• Weltweite Reisetätigkeit

Die fachlichen und menschlichen Mindestanforderungen für diese Aufgabe sind:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker/in oder Mechatroniker/in, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister mit elektrischem Hintergrund.
• Gutes mechanisches und/oder elekrisches Verständnis von Maschinenbau-Systemen
• Umgang / Erfahrung mit Siemens TIA Portal und Siemens Starter
• Umgang / Erfahrung mit ABB Automation Builder und Drive Composer
• Gute Microsoft Office- und ERP-Kenntnisse
• Ein hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation und Selbstständigkeit erforderlich
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Große Bereitschaft weltweit herausfordernde Projekte flexibel zu betreuen
• Höhentauglichkeit ist erforderlich
• Führerschein Klasse B
