Project coordinator (all genders)

About this... You will be a sub-project manager for Spares & Repairs (all genders welcome). Do you keep track of everything, coordinate processes, and ensure that spare parts and repairs arrive at the customer's location on time? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Tasks, skills and responsibilities

You manage and coordinate repair orders at the factory as part of the in-service support team.

You are the main point of contact for customers.

You ensure that orders are completed on time, economically and to a high standard.

You assign tasks to internal departments and external partners.

You create cost estimates and offers.

You prepare customer-specific testing and acceptance documents.

You create shipping documents and coordinate delivery.

You report regularly to product management and project management.

You will support the administrative warehouse management.

Technical requirements

• You have completed further training as a technician or business administrator – or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, you have completed technical or commercial vocational training with additional qualifications, or you have a degree in engineering or industrial engineering.
• You have very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
• You are proficient in working with SAP, especially in the SD, CS and MM modules.
• You have experience in creating proposals.
• You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English.
