We are searching for a high-impact Senior Python Software Engineer, to join our Content team, that can make a direct contribution to the company’s goals by creatively solving technically challenging problems working with high-load systems, upholding high software quality standards and cutting down operational work through automation processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Debug, test, and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

The goal of your work is:

• Successfully implement high-impact systems that can handle high volumes of data.
• Reduce manual workload for teams by 30% within the first year through automation.
• Maintain a system uptime of at least 99.9%.
