We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Principal Software Engineer – to lead the design and development of next-generation Agentic AI systems that power multi-dimensional virtual assistants across our product ecosystem. This role is a cornerstone in our shift toward AI-native experiences — moving beyond traditional ML and into systems that reason, act, and collaborate autonomously using foundation models.
You’ll be responsible for architecting and building LLM-based agents that integrate with real-world tools and APIs, orchestrate tasks across roles, and scale intelligently in production environments. The pay range for this position is $123,600.00 - $216,150.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
