JOB TITLE: Senior System Engineering

DUTIES: Responsible for translating the core architecture for business requirements into the final technical solution (consisting of platform, network, software, cloud, etc.) through functional, performance, and reliability analysis using engineering models and techniques, primarily through software development throughout the vertical stack. Define designs and hands-on function that results in the delivery of an application or service. Provide technical enablement for application components and subsystems for an Application(s). Drive important design decisions for development team. Elaborate the design and interfaces for specific components including defining subsystems and their interfaces, allocating responsibilities to subsystems, understanding solution deployment, and communicating requirements for interactions with solution context. Align development teams to a shared technical direction and partner with those teams in elaborating the Solution and its interfaces. Validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, establish critical NFRs at the solution level, and participate in the definition of others. Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline including participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and explore alternatives. Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities. Work with portfolio stakeholders, Solution, and Enterprise Architects to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enablers. Participate in project planning, system and solution demos, and retrospective workshops. Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of external components, systems, and platforms. Involve in Agile Scrum methodologies to do requirement gathering, analysis and planning. Develop back-end functions for the SPP application and prepare design documents after analyzing the functional specifications. Ensure that design documents are consistent, concise, comprehensible and traceable. Work on service activation and network infrastructure provision for bot AT&T’s TDM and VoIP networks. Apply knowledge of Azure Fundamentals. Develop Java code. REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, or Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation applying knowledge of Azure Fundamentals; developing Java code; utilizing Java, J2EE Technologies, Unix, Linux, Windows, Spring, EJB, JNDI, JMS, Web Services(SOAP/REST), XML, JDBC, Spring, Spring boot, microservices, SQL, Kabira, NoSQL(Redis, MongoDB), RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes(k8s), AWS, Azure, Elastic Search, Docker, Kubernatives, Model-View-Controller (MVC), Unit Testing ,Multithreading, Apache Kafka, Sub version, UML, Tomcat, Web Logic, WebSphere, Maven, Ant, Hibernate, Oracle, Sysbase, JSP, Servlets, Struts, AngularJs, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Java script, React, Business Voice over Internet Protocol (BVoIP),cloud technologies, and microservices architecture.
