The successful candidate will work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage, attract, recruit and onboard early talent to EY’s graduate and undergraduate programs.  This role is based in Canberra – Ngambri. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about possible options.      Your key responsibilities   Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to source high-calibre candidates Deliver the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition ensuring that DE&I is embedded in our processes and programs. Facilitate an excellent candidate experience with lasting impact no matter what the outcome, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates Manage a complex stakeholder portfolio within Canberra, cultivating strong relationships with your internal stakeholders Maintain value led relationships with tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies and early career pathway organisations Lead and present at a large number of internal and external events, such as inductions, careers fairs, industry roundtables. Deploy our in-house early identification programs and attraction events, including assistance with program development, learning design and facilitation.    What we look for        Previous talent acquisition experience.
