WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

RSE is delighted to invite applications for a Hire Proposals Engineer to join our market leading Hire & Rental Solutions team based in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for the incumbent to join an industry leading business as they continue their successful expansion across the Chemical Dosing markets, with limitless opportunity for development.
This role would ideally suit a forward thinking, solutions driven individual who is a proven communicator and able to influence stakeholders. Whilst you do not need to necessarily be experienced in chemical dosing, you must be a first class communicator and able to recognise, and capitalise, on opportunities.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Take in customer inquiries and work with internal engineers to provide hire solutions.
• Create proposal documentation, including cost reports, and communicate these to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support wider sales team in client meetings, providing any technical input as required.
• Attend client visits where necessary to provide onsite hire solutions.
• Maintain a pipeline of rental revenue, including follow up of business development leads to convert to sales.
• General any cost or technical briefs.

What Do You Need?

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An understanding of hire fleet rentals would be highly beneficial, but not a necessity.
• Numerically skilled and able to interpret, and communicate, cost reports accurately.
• Show track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Full UK Driving Licence
