Job Duties Safety Program Implementation and Enhancement: Enhance and maintain existing safety programs and procedures to align with evolving OSHA regulations and industry best practices. Compliance Oversight: Ensure ongoing compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations. Hazard Identification and Mitigation: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures. Manage and facilitate safety training programs: Oversee the company’s LMS to assign, track, and monitor employee safety training completion. Develop and deliver supplemental training as needed to reinforce safety procedures and address specific hazards. Recordkeeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate safety records and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present safety performance metrics and reports to management.
