The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and upgrading test apparatus (rigs/lanes/cells), reducing and validating test data, tracking test severity, and ensuring that customer needs are met. As a key member of the Mechanical Lab, the role will require a hands-on approach to testing, problem-solving, and solution development, with a focus on improving testing efficiency and processes. You will represent the company at industry meetings and help lead efforts to find technically sound solutions that protect the company's interests. \n Responsibilities: Design and develop tests to generate performance data that meet internal and external customer program objectives.
