Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices. Document daily site activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of progress and issues encountered. Resolve technical problems on-site promptly and efficiently, implementing solutions in collaboration with project teams. Ensure all site operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety regulations.
