You possess a deep understanding of multiple OS platforms, including Windows, MacOS. Your experience is proven with cloud-based modern device management solutions such as Intune, Tanium, or Jamf Pro. Ability to create, maintain and test configuration profiles, Autopilot deployment profiles & remediation scripts Experience with powershell scripting You have a strong understanding of zero trust security principles. Your problem analysis and resolution skills are excellent, and you can quickly discover, learn, and apply new technologies while adhering to change management practices.
