You will lead a skilled engineering team while playing an active, hands-on role in maintaining and enhancing the property. KEY Responsibilities: Lead and execute proactive Preventive Maintenance programs while responding efficiently to guest, member, and employee service needs. Actively support and advance the resort’s Green Initiative, identifying innovative strategies to reduce environmental impact. Elevate overall property condition, safety, and guest experience through attention to detail and team collaboration.
