Description du poste Au sein de notre laboratoire de Fillinges (74), nous recrutons un Infirmier (H/F) dans le cadre d'un CDI temps plein (ouvert aux temps partiels) Missions principales : Prélèvements biologiques : Réaliser des prélèvements sanguins, bactériologiques et mycologiques au sein du laboratoire, en respectant les protocoles en vigueur et en assurant une prise en charge bienveillante et sécurisée des patients. Accueil des patients : Assurer un accueil chaleureux, informer les patients sur le déroulement des prélèvements et répondre à leurs questions. Secrétariat médical : Enregistrement des dossiers des patients, encaissement… Tri des échantillons : Centrifuger, décanter et coliser les échantillons pour leur acheminement vers le plateau technique Participation à la démarche qualité : Contribuer à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration continue du système qualité du laboratoire. Gestion du stock de consommables : Commander auprès des fournisseurs, réceptionner les commandes Qualifications Diplôme requis : Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier et idéalement l'AFGSU2 en cours de validité Les techniciens de laboratoire sont les bienvenus, à conditions qu'ils possèdent le certificat de prélèvement Qualités requises : Rigueur et sens de l'organisation Esprit d'équipe et bon relationnel Capacité à travailler avec précision et autonomie Sens du service rendu aux patients et du respect des procédures Gestion du stress Une expérience en laboratoire d'analyses médicales est un plus, mais les débutants sont également bienvenus. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of production or manufacturing experience. They should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be comfortable in a cleaning/sanitation environment.
