Generate regular reports on revenue performance for management review. Support the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions. Monitor and adjust rates in response to changes in demand and competitor actions. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals. Provide training and guidance on revenue management practices to relevant staff. Assist in developing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing occupancy during low-demand periods. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of promotions. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine service offerings and pricing. Fluent German is required, and while sales experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. Basic PC skills and a willingness to work in shifts are also necessary.
