• Experience of leading software development teams and developing a high-performing culture which attracts and retains top engineering talent.
• Proven ability to set technical strategy for the organisation.
• Experience of managing the operation of a SaaS product.
• Deep experience of agile software development practices in a SaaS environment with offshore teams.
• Recent hands on design and development experience.
• Familiarity with API design and implementation.
• Ability to be hands-on in design, coding, troubleshooting and technical problem solving when necessary.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement and learning mindset.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to the leadership team, customers and other stakeholders.
• Hybrid working is supported and you will need to attend the London office to collaborate with the senior team. There will be a need to travel periodically to meet with our Europe based teams.
