WHY THIS ROLE?

This isn’t just a QA job, it’s a seat at the product table. You’ll play a core role in ensuring our Intelligent Investing and Lending products scale safely, smoothly, and smartly. You’ll help shape the tools, practices, and systems that define how we test, release, and improve our platform.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual, automated, and performance testing.
• Lead and mentor QA efforts in an Agile environment, driving collaborative and adaptive solution delivery.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Appium, AI-powered testing tools, and scripting languages.
• Execute functional, regression, negative, exploratory, unit, black-box, white-box, and shift-left testing to ensure robust coverage.
• Perform performance, load, and stress testing to verify scalability and stability under varying workloads.
• Conduct root cause analysis and work closely with developers to ensure effective and timely defect resolution.
• Integrate security testing principles into QA processes to safeguard product integrity and data privacy.
• Perform web application, mobile (iOS/Android), database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL), and API testing including REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate testing early in the development cycle and maintain healthy test environments.
