THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Reporting to the Lead Format Development, Testing & Content Experimentation, you will be part of a newly established team enhancing the online shopping experience by optimizing transactional-focused content on Product Detail Pages (PDP) and T3 teaser related content.
You’ll be responsible for developing new content formats through the use of AI tools, combining a sharp eye for quality with your functional creative expertise, bringing still and motion based content to life.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI related tooling, prompting, and content creation, generating AI-augmented visuals, fine-tuning prompts, or refining post-production automation, focused on creating tangible value for our 50+ million Zalando customers.

• Best in class Visual Storytelling: Deliver best in class still and motion based visual assets across the range of content formats delivered in your team’s scope, to drive customer inspiration, engagement and ultimately conversion.

Ensure consistency and adherence with Zalando image and creative language.

• Content Innovation & Experimentation: Contribute to the testing, and optimisation of content production processes with AI tooling to create customer relevant and inspiring visual content.

Collaborate with the content strategy team to understand new trends, and deliver fast turnaround, highly relevant and customer centric content, balancing quick iteration with thoughtful testing.

• Knowledge sharing: Document your progress and learnings to help the team evaluate creative quality, speed, scalability, and output consistency
• Testing to Execution: Collaborate with the Creative Partner Network team and support our external partners with the roll out of newly confirmed AI production formats.

Provide ongoing feedback and performance insights to refine content execution processes.
