Today, most of our pipeline comes from outbound - in a few months that should look different, because you decided where we play, where we deliberately don't, and turned that into qualified leads and revenue. In your first 6–12 months, you will have launched our first paid acquisition channels, run conversion experiments, and built a demand gen playbook that scales with us. You own the strategy, the execution, and the numbers. How your day-to-day will look like: Build our Inbound Machine: You decide where we play and where we don't, across paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO, content, and partnerships. You turn those bets into a predictable inbound pipeline for DACH and beyond. You own pipeline volume, quality, and contribution to ARR. Growth Funnel & Pipeline Generation: You plan, run, and optimize our multi-channel campaigns with a sharp focus on MQLs/SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI, including budgeting, forecasting, and continuous experimentation across channels and markets. Landing Pages & Conversion Funnels: You create and optimize targeted landing pages, test messaging, content, and CTAs, and hunt down funnel leaks to lift conversion rates end-to-end.
