WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Deliver the SMF for Finance Services.

• Work with the Service Management strategy team to define and gather Finance requirements, co-ordinate SMEs, gather and analyse information and participate to design workshop and support facilitation
• Organise and facilitate Finance specific workshops, validate requirements and designs proposed, represent Finance in programme meetings and deputise for Finance SVP as appropriate and required

Service management Deliverables

• Governance, Performance measures: KPI and SLAs, access to service routes, measures for insights, report design and realisation

Drive the SNOW implementation for Finance

• Including gathering and documenting requirements, Analyse data flows, DoA, dependencies, process flows
• Ensure that workflow features meet requirements and objectives and participate to design workshop and support facilitation
• Organise and facilitate Finance specific workshops and work with Data and analytics team to ensure design feasibility
• Act as SNOW SME for Finance and work with Data and analytics team to maximise use of automation and AI
