Energy & Sustainability · Advise on power procurement strategies, including PPAs, utility interconnection agreements, and take-or-pay provisions. · Evaluate and structure on-site generation projects (solar, battery storage, microgrids) and renewable energy co-location. · Navigate regulatory frameworks for energy tariffs, grid reliability, and sustainability reporting. Corporate & Strategic Transactions · Lead due diligence and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. · Support financing activities, including construction loans, recapitalizations, and structured transactions. · Manage corporate governance, board matters, and investor relations.
