The role combines the organizational skills of a mailroom clerk with the hospitality and guest services of a concierge. Duties and responsibilities: Mail and package handling Accepting and logging all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries from various carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Notifying residents when packages or registered mail have arrived. Distributing mail and packages to the correct recipients or storing them in a secure package room. Researching and rerouting unidentified mail. Processing outgoing mail and preparing packages for shipment. Conducting regular audits of the package room to ensure inventory is accurate. Concierge and resident services Valet resident and guest vehicles Greeting and providing a friendly, welcoming presence to all residents, guests, and vendors. Monitoring lobby traffic and managing building access for visitors and contractors. Answering resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
