If you love digging into an API spec and understanding why a hotelier in Italy needs their fiscal receipts to work just right, you'll fit right in. Each Product Manager on our team owns their integrations end to end, from partner discovery through launch and beyond. One day you're designing an Event Management integration to plan huge conferences, the next you're connecting a POS system that'll change how a boutique hotel runs their restaurant. What You Bring to the Team: You will manage and prioritize the Roadmap for Cloudbeds Integrations. Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross-functional scrum team. Research and document partner integration requirements, define solutions and oversee building the integrations with internal and external engineers. Define and build the user experience for integration solutions to provide seamless 3rd party API integrations. Plan and execute on pilot and release plan for each integration. Work closely with customers and partners, as well as engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales departments Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of partner integrations.
