You'll be the direct contact person for travel agencies, end customers, and international car rental partners. You'll provide them with professional support over the phone, assisting with bookings and all inquiries before and during the rental period, as well as addressing any issues on-site. Thanks to your strong service orientation, you'll inform customers about our services, recommend suitable options, and answer topic-specific questions, for example, regarding choosing the optimal vehicle, deposits, insurance, and much more. We'll, of course, provide you with the necessary expertise during a comprehensive training period.
