The Growth Director is responsible for achieving targets for the overall recruitment of providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG). The Director is a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing complex business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals. 80% territory travel throughout Orlando area required. This role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan with an additional target of $90,000.00-100,000.00. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
