Key Responsibilities: * Oversee critical support items on the VA project, managing issues that cannot be resolved through traditional support means. * Drive the project management lifecycle for issue resolution, ensuring each incident is handled efficiently and effectively. * Manage deliverables throughout the support project, including milestones and project schedules. * Provide feedback to the team, customers, and corporate stakeholders when project milestones or schedules are at risk. * Ensure projects align with the goals and timelines outlined in the scope of work and schedule. * Communicate status updates to customer stakeholders and internal management. * Ensure consistency and best practices are utilized while adhering to customer standards. * Utilize knowledge of the Cerner Millennium platform or other EHR systems to execute basic troubleshooting and support. Qualifications: * Strong technical background in Cerner Millennium or equivalent EHR systems. * Proven experience in project management, particularly in healthcare IT environments. * Ability to develop and refine processes for incident management and service improvement. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate and resolve project challenges.
