Research and interpret region-specific healthcare quality programs and registries to ensure feature alignment and reporting compliance. Translate global product vision into region-specific priorities while maintaining core platform consistency. Collaborate with global engineering teams on infrastructure, integration (FHIR/HL7), and deployment readiness. Support pilot deployments with international customers and drive iterative improvements based on real-world feedback. Support commercial and go-to-market teams with product knowledge for regional rollouts and pilot site success. Collaborate with clinical SMEs to understand specialty-specific workflows such as endoscopy documentation and reporting. Ensure product features support accurate outcomes tracking and clinical benchmarking aligned with local standards. Work closely with Compliance, Clinical, and Engineering to ensure adherence to relevant medical devices, privacy, and data protection standards. Align with leadership and product strategy teams to ensure regional priorities integrate seamlessly into the global roadmap. Contribute to global governance forums, product reviews, and decision-making processes related to expansion. Gather, analyze, and prioritize clinical, regulatory, and customer feedback from international markets. Translate requirements into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize a balanced product backlog focused on scalability, localization, and compliance. Partner with engineering and UX teams to ensure internationalized and culturally appropriate user experiences. Collaborate with Clinical SMEs and medical content experts to ensure clinical workflows and quality metrics are reflected accurately in product features. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in Product Management within a healthcare or health tech SaaS environment. Proven track record of delivering localized or internationally deployed SaaS products. Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical documentation, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, ICD, CPT, SNOMED). Familiarity with quality reporting frameworks and registry programs used in healthcare. Strong ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones. Prior experience expanding healthcare software into new geographies or regulatory environments. Awareness of international healthcare quality reporting frameworks.
