The LPN Transplant coordinator may work with pre-transplant, post-transplant, or living donor patients. Responsibilities include ordering and following labs or imaging studies per practice routine with standing order per organ group protocol. Communicate normal results. Communicate abnormal results per provider written guideline- after/based on provider review.
