Undertaking of relevant case coordination activity including liaison with all stakeholders; provision of email updates; and creation of appropriate documentation such as a treatment plans or other documentation as required. Qualifications Requirements/Qualifications Experienced Nurse with full registration. Hold a current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) Evidence of completion of First Aid (level 2) or in circumstances where staff have obtained “Basic Life Support” training within a hospital setting Mental Health support service experience highly desirable. Caring and empathic nature. Experience care coordination or occupational rehabilitation. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Good IT and time management skills. Strong customer service focus. Candidates must be in their final year of obtaining a Bachelor's degree or have graduated within the last 24 months. They must also be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
