Completing vehicle handovers and checks at the start and end of each shift, ensuring company vehicles and equipment are secure and well maintained. Following agreed escalation procedures for incidents, break-ins, health and safety concerns, and road traffic accidents (RTAs). Escalating incidents, risks, breakdowns, and RTAs to the Team Leader, reporting all RTAs in line with company policy. Maintaining a professional, respectful, and helpful approach when engaging with clients, colleagues, and members of the public.
