Workforce Planning: Ensure effective resourcing, scheduling, and training of officers and employees to meet operational demands. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, attending KPI/SLA meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse branch KPIs across people, safety, operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
