As an HR Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of HR services across our prestigious schools, helping us deliver an outstanding experience for both our current and future employees.
Key responsibilities:
· Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
· HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
· Support & Guidance: Provide first-line support to school staff on HR-related queries and issues.
· Project Involvement: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving our services and employee experience.
About You:
· Organised & Detail-Oriented: You have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
· People Person: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
· Proactive & Adaptable: You are proactive in your approach and can adapt to changing priorities.
· HR Knowledge: Previous experience in an HR role or a relevant qualification is desirable.
