COMPOUNDER RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for the accurate formulation of all production lots.
• Set up, load, operate, and monitor all mixing equipment for product formulations.
• Weigh out and mix exact amounts of chemicals according to specific formulas while monitoring (verifying) product output from mixing equipment operations.
• Calibrate, operate, and monitor all formulation-related equipment (such as scales, meters, etc.).
• Perform the operations necessary to adjust the pH of the product for in-process testing before releasing.
• Clean and sanitize all tanks, equipment, and chemical containers in accordance with current SOPs and cGMPs.
• Fill out forms for recording production volumes (batches).
• Lift 40-50lbs bags.
• Other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of previous experience compounding raw materials a plus
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Use of PPE such as gloves, goggles, hairnets, and masks.
• Capability to work in hot, humid, or cold environments.
• Collaboration with team members while ensuring adherence to group safety and maintaining a safe working environment.
