We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a 6-month FIXED-TERM full-time basis. Based in the Sydney CBD. About the role: Join our team as a Customer Service Officer supporting Resident Management transactional processing. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely billing and account services, ensuring compliance with aged care legislation and internal standards, and providing a positive experience for residents and their families. This is initially a 12-month parental leave contract offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, with strong potential for extension or transition into a permanent role. About you: You are a customer-focused professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
