We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team. SKILLS

• Proven experience working with children or young people in a mentoring or teaching capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with youth from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of youth work principles and practices, including effective communication strategies.
• Experience in special education is advantageous, enabling tailored support for individuals with additional needs.
• A passion for empowering young people and fostering their personal growth through positive engagement.
