Managing and supporting our Multidisciplinary design consultancy team and specialist sub-consultants, including Quantity Surveyors, Architects and specialist designers. Ensuring that our scope, contracts, programmes, change management, risk registers, budgets and QA procedures are in place, maintained and used by our in house teams and specialist sub-consultants Arranging and leading coordination meetings. Ensuring our internal governance procedures are followed. Assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of all project activities including preparing Monthly Reports, Minutes and Programmes, and delivery of presentations when required. Ensuring coordinated and high-quality deliverables from our multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialist sub-consultants Manage your own projects and support engineering discipline leads to allocate resources and co-ordinate tasks Representing Ramboll and developing positive and collaborative working relationships with the project team, clients and contractors. Positively raise the profile and reputation of Ramboll and our UK Healthcare Team Support to bid teams and preparation of proposals for multi-disciplinary tenders alongside the discipline team leaders.
