Your supervisory duties will include: 📋 Assessments, Reviews & QA: Carrying out robust initial risk and needs assessments (in homes or hospital/residential settings). Conducting regular care reviews with clients and families, ensuring care plans remain accurate and person-centred. Carrying out care quality audits, gathering client feedback, reporting findings, and following up on action plans. 🤝 Team Supervision & Leadership: Providing practical supervision, instruction, and emotional support to frontline Care Assistants. Conducting regular spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments in service users' homes. Acting as a primary point of contact for care staff. 🎓 Training & Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding, induction, and ongoing development of new staff. Shadowing new care workers in the field, identifying training needs, and supporting carers with performance improvement. 🛡️ CQC Compliance & Safeguarding: Monitoring and maintaining CQC compliance, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
