At WWT we analyse a varied mix of technologies and OEM’s so experience across multiple architectures is key. * Experience performing a customer facing role / presenting is preferred * Experience in any Inside Sales Rep type function or a commercial build function is a plus.  * Solution focused / solution orientated approach at all times and resourceful – You will not be expected to be an expert in everything but seek to find solutions to problems rather than calling out challenges.   Technical Knowledge Markers:   * In-depth knowledge of OEMs products, part codes & software offerings. With the ability to match current/proposed features and functionality to applicable OEM’s tier offering. * Competitive Cross Mapping - Thorough understanding of various OEMs licensing structures and the ability to map license tiers to other competitors offerings * Leading client workshops to gather the key data points needed for TOC creation * Understanding of hardware lifecycles, end of life/sales/supports and being able to coherently select OEM and alternative OEM replacements * Having a strong knowledge of historical product/software offerings across the IT industry, with good insight to what is the latest in the market and what’s coming up in the future * Experience in using OEM quoting tools/quick learning to navigate OEM quoting tools on own * Be able to easily read large excel workbooks that have inventory data, extracting correct data like HW S/Ns, SW versions, license tiers etc * Being able translate replacement products to clients buy menu items * Being competent in collecting ‘hidden’ cost variables.
