JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in a care home setting. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential.
• Knowledge of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of the residents
