DUAL REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

Location: Mansfield, NG19
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (performance bonuses negotiable)
Start Date: Mid-November 2025
Contract: Full-time, permanent

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who brings both passion and proven expertise:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• A track record of achieving positive Ofsted outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with the resilience to manage two distinct services.
• Knowledge and experience of solo placements and/or short breaks would be an advantage.

• Hold Ofsted registration for both services, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff teams to deliver safe, consistent, and therapeutic care.
• Drive service quality, aiming for Good and Outstanding outcomes at inspection.
• Manage operational and financial performance to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
• Build strong working relationships with young people, families, local authorities, and wider stakeholders.
• Ensure safeguarding remains central to all practice.
