Stillwater Post-Acute is a 256-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the El Cajon, CA area servicing the highest quality of care to Skilled, Long-Term, Subacute and Dialysis patients. We also offer full recruitment support for any vacancies in our therapy department in-house.  We are looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to join our amazing team to oversee our therapy personnel. Our ideal candidate will be able to continue our established programs and implement any updates or changes for better efficiency and effectiveness. We are looking for a DOR who is preferably a Physical or an Occupational Therapist who has worked in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting.
