Provides input into development and implementation of departmental policies/procedures, mission, goals, budget 4. May participate in recruitment activities and staff orientation training 5. Participates in the nursing care related to assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patients' health and wellness 6. Participates in the auditing and tracking of all medications and medical supplies/equipment including ensuring timely maintenance of all equipment 7. Teams with manager to instill and reinforce QM principles throughout department and participates in audits and feedback to staff 8.
