The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to the dietary needs and preferences of residents in a skilled nursing facility. Key duties include menu planning, food preparation, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and coordinating with the dietary team to provide nutritious and appealing meals.
