Mit rund 340 engagierten Mitarbeitenden bietet die HV und HSW ein breites Spektrum an Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen, darunter 20 Kindertagesstätten, zwei Wohnheime für Studierende und eine heilpädagogische Jugendwohngruppe. Ihre Rolle wird es sein, die Außendarstellung der Vereinigung zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln, um deren Mission und Angebote effektiv zu kommunizieren. Sie werden Teil eines Teams, das eng mit verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Akteuren zusammenarbeitet, um Menschen durch Veranstaltungen, Feiern und Bildungsangebote zu begleiten.
