JOB SUMMARY: Working under minimal supervision, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for performing professional HR-related duties while working closely with employees, members of the human resources and management team in supporting the operational needs of the organization.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience

• Either a Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field, a PHR certification, or a minimum of five years HR experience.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

• High standard of ethics, integrity and protection of confidential data.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Independent worker with a clear sense of urgency and exceptional accuracy.
• Experience with labor laws, EEO, AAP, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong computer and HCM/HRMS knowledge.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically advanced with Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Excellent listener, communicator and collaborator.
• Thorough knowledge of principles and practices pertaining to recruiting and its role within Human Resources.
• Strong organization, time and project management skills necessary to prioritize and manage multiple, complex projects, potentially with conflicting priorities; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Bilingual a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in a Manufacturing industry a plus.

  COMPENSATION: $69,000 - $80,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualification, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs
  In lieu of the above, any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the knowledge, abilities, and skills may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

• Develops, implements and administers various Human Resources plans, policies and procedures.
• Maintains strict confidentiality when working with APP’s people and information.

• Utilizes Dayforce Human Capital Management system and Microsoft Office to achieve established goals and Key Results.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing industry a plus.
