Production Coordinator – $25/hr Carol Stream, IL | Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $25/hour
We’re looking for an organized, proactive Production Coordinator to join our team in Carol Stream, IL.
This full-time, on-site role is essential to keeping our production schedules running smoothly — from internal teams to outsourcing partners. What You’ll Do:

Scheduling & Coordination

• Develop and manage production schedules for both internal and outsourced jobs.
• Balance competing deadlines and prioritize tasks for on-time delivery.
• Maintain backup plans with outsourcing partners to avoid delays. Vendor & Partner Communication Cross-Department Collaboration
• Align schedules with Operations, Quality Control, and Warehouse teams.
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support leadership with reporting and production insights. Data & Reporting
• Track key metrics like KPIs, vendor performance, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and ERP records with real-time updates.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and timeliness.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years experience in production coordination, scheduling, or project management (apparel/manufacturing a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets) and ERP systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• A data-focused mindset and willingness to improve processes.
• Familiarity with supply chain or vendor management is a bonus.
